If you're reading this, it's because you are interested in telekinesis, right? Well this article is exactly that, telekinesis for beginners, so I will explain a bit what is telekinesis and give you one exercise to practice to develop your extra sensory perception abilities, which is what we use to feel the energy around everything. I just want to warn you that learning telekinesis is a long process, you need to develop skills and abilities that are entirely new to you, so it will take time. If you are not patient, then this may not be for you. If you are or really want to learn telekinesis, then read the rest.

So what is telekinesis, well it is the ability to move objects using only your mind, but it's a bit more complicated than that. First telekinesis is part of a wider group of abilities called psychokinesis, in there you also have teleportation, control of magnetism and many others. Telekinesis also lets you shape objects or bend them with your mind, such as the ever popular bending the spoon. Now to develop telekinesis, you need to be able to feel the energy of objects and living things first. When you can feel those energies, you can start to learn to control them.

So now that we know what telekinesis is, let's try our exercise that I like to call Telekinesis for Beginners, because it is the base to learn telekinesis. It will help develop your extra sensory perception abilities, which is vital. You need to focus on what you will be doing the next day. First, close your eyes and imagine that there is a blank movie screen in front of your eyes. Now think about what you expect to be doing the next day. You have to see yourself doing those things, meeting those people and visualize it in your head. You need to focus on the smells, sounds, sights, colors and dialogues. If you can manage to meditate, all the better, because during meditation we are closer to our subconscious.

Do this for about 10 to 15 minutes, relax and open your eyes. Note what you will do in a notebook. Describe in your notebook how those events will take place exactly the way you perceive it. Then the next day do the same exercise, but also you can compare with what you wrote in your notebook and what happened that day. Doing this everyday will develop your psychic muscle, so do this for a little while before trying to anything that is related to telekinesis. By developing your psychic muscle, you can start trying to feel the energies around you, it will become much easier. When you have passed this step, you can proceed to the next one.
