Solar Gazing With Hrm - Part I
The eyes are known as the windows of the soul. The seat of the soul has been directly attributed to the pineal gland, located in the exact center of the human brain. This gland is accessible by solar light activation through the eyes.

Dr. Newberg's initial findings were that HRM's pineal glad was expanding and not shrinking. A maximum size pineal gland for someone in their mid fifties would be around 6 x 6 mm. However, the pineal gland for HRM was measured to be 8 x 11 mm. Further evidence validated that the grey cell's in HRM's brain were not dying. In fact they were actually regenerating.
