I have always found it helpful to have visual cues when I am trying to get into the right frame of mind to meditate or if I am learning something new. It is also helpful to be able to look at those things which help to inspire you.
With that in mind I have created a printable chakra poster, which you can print and hang up in your office or your home to help inspire and raise your vibrational frequency. It is a good way to remain mindful and focus on your energy centers.
As you look at each chakra center feel the warmth and energy that is emanating from the poster and allow the energy of your own chakras to vibrate in harmony with the energy and colors on the chakra poster.
