Is the Usui Reiki Healing Master course a Scam?

I've been intrigued recently with a new course which teaches Reiki without the need for expensive and time consuming classes. A lot of people have been questioning whether this course is a scam. So I decided to answer that question - is Usui Reiki Healing Master a scam?
I must say, I've been quite impressed.
First things first, the purchase of the course is through an organization called Clickbank. What this means to us as buyers, is that we are protected by a 100% guaranteed 60 refund policy. We don't need to apply to the seller for a refund, we simply ask for it from Clickbank and they will give it to us no matter what the reason.
