For something a little different lets take a look at how you can use the power of your breath to help with your manifesting. I have been very interested in meditation and manifestation so why not combine the two?
Relax Your Breathing
We all use breathing meditation every day in our lives. When you are over excited you learn to slow your breath to help you calm down. You’ve all heard someone say to “relax, breath slowly, calm down”. This is a form of breathing meditation.
How about when you get angry? “Take a deep breath and count to ten”. I know everybody has done this and for the most part it does work.
Life Force
The breath can be described as your life force. It is one of the most powerful, yet overlooked means for increasing your Manifesting Vibration.
Breathing meditation floods your body with oxygen and life force energy, and allows you to tap into an incredible amount of energy. Breathing is automatic and effortless, yet if you make a conscious effort to connect with your breath you will be able to channel more energy and be more focused in your manifestations. By following your breath with your awareness you begin to create an uninhibited state of energy within your body. It’s like discovering an eternal inner fountain of abundant energy and love inside!
Breathing Meditation
Lets begin right now by letting your attention gently follow your breath as you read.
See how closely you can watch your breath. Let your breathing happen naturally,
in an easy, relaxed way but allow yourself to follow the flow of your breath. This breathing meditation will show you that you naturally breathe into the lower area
of your body, filling your belly like a basketball.
Don’t try to manipulate or control your breath! Just follow the natural rise and fall of your stomach. By doing this you will send tons of energy right up your spine. Notice how your body expands and releases the breath naturally, on it is own. It automatically lets air in and out of your body.
Continue to watch your breath without trying to alter it in any way. You will find that your mind will begin to wander. Don’t fight these thoughts but rather just gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
This will takes some practice on your part. It may take many tries before you are able to relax and experience the profound silence within.
When you notice your mind wandering, look down at your stomach to get your attention off the thoughts in your head.
This breathing meditation will use a specific breathing rhythm that will flood your body with manifesting fuel.
Three Steps
1. Take a full breath and make sure it takes you a count of 5 to completely breathe in.
2. Hold the breath for a count of 20.
3. Your exhale will take a count of 10 to complete.
This breathing meditation is a 1:4:2 ratio and if you prefer you can change the amount of counts that conform to this ratio. For example: You could make your intake breath 3, hold for a count of 12 and release your breath for a count of 6.
This focused breathing meditation will strengthen your mind, increase your energy, and strengthen you overall Manifesting Vibration.
