Energy Healing through Natural Reiki
Today we have a world that is unlike any other. We have become so progressive to the point that ancient wisdom may envy. We have become so progressive that we have managed to succeed the odds in history and build society to a pitch. We have become so progressive even to the point of losing the sense of spirit and self.
Stop and think-this is the only remedy to realize the mistakes that we have made. The spiritual man in each of us has long been asking us to stop and thinks things over. Everyday, even in his sleep, our minds work non-stop. And everyone is in the know that to fight against daily stress from the office and at home, our concern is still of the bigger challenge that we call LIFE.
The inner soul must be healed, the will of the heart must be strengthened and the mind must become conscientious. The answer is a Japanese ancient tradition called Reiki from 'Rei' which means the universal divine and 'Ki' for heart, mind and soul. Reiki is an art for many, may it be healing or the promotion of well being. It is also creating a thread between the conscious mind of man and the unconscious, which is the spiritual side of him. It is time to harness the energy that we have long been forgetting as a part of us.
Reiki is an alternative medicine that channels the energy of man to the energy of the universe or that which is beyond the thought of man. Through a Reiki master, steps are created to promote happiness and contentment. The master, by tradition, must first pass on the healing symbols in a process of attunement. While learning the techniques to well being, the chakras or the seven centers of the body's energy will be realigned. By realigning the chakras we are letting the energies flow smoothly and allowing a better sense of wellbeing for the individual.
Energy healing is used primarily to realign the chakras. Meditation and a healing massage works perfectly well for this cause. You are gaining control of the total body in meditation as you develop the connection to the inner you and find inner peace and content. On the other hand, the healing massage is given by a practiced massage therapist who is trained in the Reiki tradition and techniques. The spiritual self is centered and yet the transformation is total.
This kind of alternative medicine is completely a natural way of energizing the soul and touching the spirit. Alongside the beauty of developing the self, there is a sense of healing and fulfillment that comes with power that is pure in intention-the power to become better. So, pause, think and feel.
