Guided Meditation
I have received many emails asking for a guided meditation that we can use to help us experience more than just a sense of calm and fleeting moment of euphoria . It seems that many people are yearning to go deeper and unlock the energies that we have all been told so much about. I have uploaded a guided meditation that for me was the beginning of a wonderful set of experiences that can only be described as life altering.
I began to relax my body to the point where I no longer felt restrained by my physical and emotional attachments. It is through this letting go that you begin to see reality as a form of Matrix that we are so conditioned to believe that this is the only reality. It is through breaking through the barriers we place on our minds and bodies that we can begin to experience the totality of consciousness.
Guided meditation will help you to train your mind and body to release. You begin to trust your instincts and let go of the fear that is holding you back from reconnecting with the energy of the universe, which is what we ultimately are; "Energy". It is through letting go of our negative beliefs that we become at peace with our truly divine nature and see the world clearly for the first time.
I am clearly not a "New Ager" and I don't blindly accept the claims that are so freely bandied about that promise supernatural powers and God like abilities. I wanted to experience this for myself. It is through the following guided meditation that I was able to start my journey of discovering and begin to see clearly for the first time. This guided meditation is a small part of a series from Higher Balance that for me was the beginning of a life changing journey that continues to this day. Very interesting post, i feel that meditation is the most important aspect of spiritual development.
