The Chinese Acient Stress Ball
As we get more and more burden on our shoulders, we are getting more and more pressures on ourselves. We should learn to release our stress by using the stress ball.
I remember the first time I ever got my first Chinese Stress Ball, and I didn't have a clue how to use it. But after a bit of practice, I found that it was really fun, and relieves stress easily. Here's how to use one if you ever come across this great stress reliever.
Chinese stress balls---the metal or gemstone balls that fit in your palm, sometimes containing bells inside---are good for relieving stress and improving meditation. Using the balls stimulates "meridians" in the body, in a fashion similar to acupuncture. Exercising with Chinese stress balls may also help you strengthen the muscles in your fingers, hands, and arms.
This is your starting position when using the stress ball. Hold the stress balls together in one hand. Make them touch. If you do it right, you balls will always touch and will rotate together.
Use your pinky to push the ball. The ball will rotate. Move your index finger towards you, while at the some time curving your ring and pinky finger towards your palm too.
Use your thumb to flick the other ball into motion. You have now done one complete rotation using your stress ball. Repeat. Once you master this, rotate the balls in the opposite direction for the ultimate challenge! Congratulations, you now can fully use your stress ball. Next practice going faster and faster.
