Unless we start to reflect on the nature of our existence and figure out exactly what we want in life chances are good that we will never figure out our life’s purpose. What a waste to just go about our daily lives with no sense of purpose or direction. To be guided by unseen forces and others influences.
How can we grow as a person when we don’t know who that person is to begin with?
You have no basis with which you can measure the progress you have made. The old axiom is true “If you don't know where you're going chances are you are gonna end up somewhere”
If you want to make real progress in your life, try honestly answering the following questions. You are responsible for the state of your life. Stop blaming others for your misfortune and start today.
It’s up to you to find your life's purpose!
1. What is the purpose of my life?
2. Who am I?
3. What is it that I love to do, more than anything else?
4. If I had only six months left to live, what would I like to accomplish?
5. What legacy would I like to leave to the world?
6. If I knew I couldn’t fail, what would I do with my life?
7. What activities give me the most pleasure?
8. What things do I still want to learn?
9. As a child, what did I dream of doing with my life?
10. What is the one challenge I would love to overcome, and then be able to help others overcome the same challenge?
11. What one person would I most like to be like?
12. What is the one thing I would I like to do, if only other people didn’t think it was silly?
13. Where is the one place in the world I most like to live?
14. What would my perfect day be like?
15. Do I have a spiritual side, begging to be unleashed?
16. What would I like to do, RIGHT NOW, which would bring me the most happiness or pleasure?
17. Do I have any special gifts that I could share with the world?
18. What makes me cry with joy and brings tears to my eyes?
19. If I had the power to change the world, what would I do first?
20. If I were given three wishes, what would they be?
21. What does my heart say I should do with my life?
22. What personal qualities do I have that I am really proud of?
23. What have I done in my life that I am really proud of?
24. At the end of my life, what would I most regret not having done?
25. What is my life’s purpose?
As you reflect on these questions choose the ones that really resonate with you and continue to ask yourself until you have an answer that you know, really hits you at your core.
Everything you seek can be found within. If you continue to look for the answers from outside you will continue to feel disconnected. You will be left unhappy and unfulfilled.
The “Kingdom Of Heaven Is Within” literally and figuratively.
Live your life with purpose and meaning and open both your heart and mind to the limitless potential you possess.
Ask yourself the hard questions and discover your life's purpose……………….
